really bad server issues :S - Guild Wars Forums

what the?!?! i logged on about an hour ago, first i disconected , then i disconected again, then i couldnt go to my guild hall or change district/area, so i logged out and tried to log in again, and no i cant even do that o.o gets stuck on loading screen.

before i logged out, many many many other people were having very similar issues "code 13", anyone know whats up???
